1. Order Cancellation Before Payment

You may cancel your order at any time before making payment without any penalty.

2. Order Cancellation After Payment

If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made:

  • Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
  • Within 2-7 days of payment: 75% refund if no work has commenced
  • After 7 days or work commenced: No refund, but credit may be issued for future services

3. Service-Specific Cancellation

Consulting Services: Cancellations require 48 hours notice for full refund. No-shows forfeit the session fee.

Custom Development: Once development begins, cancellations are subject to charges for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Subscription Services: Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the billing cycle; no partial refunds.

5. Return Policy for Digital Services

Due to the digital nature of our services:

  • Completed digital deliverables are non-returnable
  • If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions at no cost
  • Refunds for unsatisfactory work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
